  17.       The DDDDttttDDDDbbbbLLLLooooaaaadddd() function loads    the actions and    data types
  18.       database into    the application.  When the function returns,
  19.       the database has been    loaded.

  21.       An environment variable determines the set of    directories to
  22.       be searched.    The DDDDttttDDDDbbbbLLLLooooaaaadddd() function    loads all actions and
  23.       data types defined in    files with a ....ddddtttt suffix    located    in
  24.       these    directories.

  26.       The directory    search path is based on    the value of the
  27.       _D_T_D_A_T_A_B_A_S_E_S_E_A_R_C_H_P_A_T_H environment variable and    internal
  28.       defaults.  _D_T_D_A_T_A_B_A_S_E_S_E_A_R_C_H_P_A_T_H contains a comma-separated
  29.       list of directories in [[[[_h_o_s_t::::]]]]////_p_a_t_h format.  The application
  30.       must call DDDDttttDDDDbbbbLLLLooooaaaadddd() before calling any of the routines that
  31.       query    either the action or data type databases.  If called
  32.       multiple times, the old databases are    freed before the new
  33.       ones are created.

  36.       The DDDDttttDDDDbbbbLLLLooooaaaadddd() function returns no value.

  39.       If this function is used in a    long-lived application,    the
  40.       application must dynamically reload the databases when they
  41.       are modified.     To do this, the client    must register to
  42.       receive notification whenever    the actions and    data types
  43.       database needs to be modified.  It is    up to the application
  44.       to recall DDDDttttDDDDbbbbLLLLooooaaaadddd() after receiving notification.  This is
  45.       done with a call to DDDDttttDDDDbbbbRRRReeeellllooooaaaaddddNNNNoooottttiiiiffffyyyy(3).

  47.       If errors are    encountered when reading the database files,
  48.       error    messages are written to    the user's errorlog file
  49.       ($$$$HHHHOOOOMMMMEEEE////....ddddtttt////eeeerrrrrrrroooorrrrlllloooogggg).     Records containing errors are not
